How cool! Seth Johnson just wrote me to tell audio files are available for the Internet Commons Congress 2004. Its objective is to bring grassroots efforts of many sorts together to advocate information freedom.
John Perry Barlow opens with a declaration of independence for cyberspace. Sessions include digital freedom, privacy, copyright and more. I don't think there's anyone from the library world, though I know some were invited (including me - I couldn't go, unfortunately). Ann Bartow, law professor at University of South Carolina is an enthusiastic library user and participated in the roundtable. She's written extensively on libraries and copyright issues.
