I say surprising because when I saw the title: PUBLIC LIBRARIES: A NEW FORUM FOR EXTREMISTS (2002), I expected to see a diatribe saying that libraries foster hate groups. At least I expected that it would recommend (virtually impossible) ways to keep extremist groups out since it's published by the Anti-Defamation League. But this has ten useful pages of Q & A using a good constitutional basis for its answers.
