Mississippi Public Library Policy Development Guide - now online

Joe Goff and I worked on the Mississippi Public Library Policy Development Guide with the Mississippi Library Commission.  It focuses on personnel issues like whistleblowing and leave policies.  It also has a brief section on library employees posts to blogs, podcasts, social networks, twitter etc. It may be of interest to libraries in other states, as it documents both federal and Mississippi law.
