As a native Wyomingian, I am proud of the way that my library has understood the general Wyomingian. I only wish other states has administrators so apt.

It's patron transaction records ... so the records in the database should be covered, IMHO.

"Patron transactions" is better, but does that also include the patron database? I think of the actual database as being rather static, although it gets used when transactions are done.

I was proposing modification of California's law a few years ago, but as it was shortly after 9/11 most people felt that such changes would not be seen in a positive light. With the backlash against the PATRIOT ACT, perhaps this is a good time to re-consider this.
