I'm teaching Infopeople's new distance course,

Library 101: What You Need to Know to Provide Good Library Service in the 21st Century, aimed at new library staff and paraprofessionals without formal training in library science: staff rights and responsibilities, user access and fees for service, book selection and censorship, library funding and outsourcing, and reader privacy.
