I would appreciate your bringing this up when you speak later this week in Sarasota.

Our library requires two forms of ID, if a person's physical address is not on their picture ID. Otherwise, just the one picture ID. We record physical addresses, but have no way to *prove* them.

But that's just our homegrown policy, which hasn't been reviewed by an attorney.
