Do any libraries have an attorney-reviewed document that users must sign before the library proctors their exams? That is, one that clearly states that an honor system is used and the library is not responsible if a student is found to be cheating in some way?
I know this is an old post but I hope that someone will check this out and respond!
I work at a public library that offers proctoring services free of charge and we are trying to gather more information about related legal problems and solutions but so far information has been hard to come by. Has anyone come across a good resource? Thank you.
